Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine the diced strawberries and mango.
Add the finely chopped red onion and minced jalapeño to the bowl for added flavor and spice.
Stir in the chopped cilantro to give the salsa a fresh herb taste.
Squeeze the juice of one lime over the mixture. This will add acidity and balance the sweetness of the fruit.
Drizzle the honey or agave syrup over the ingredients and season with a pinch of salt.
Gently toss everything together until all ingredients are well incorporated.
Let the salsa sit for at least 15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together before serving.
