Instructions
In a blender, add the fresh strawberries. Blend until smooth. If you prefer some texture, reserve a few pieces of strawberry to mix in later.
Add the softened cream cheese, Greek yogurt, milk, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt to the blender.
Blend the ingredients on high speed until completely smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides if necessary.
If you’d like a colder smoothie, add a handful of ice cubes and blend again until desired consistency is reached.
Taste and adjust sweetness if needed, then pulse to combine.
Pour the smoothie into a glass and stir in the reserved strawberry pieces if you set them aside.
Serve immediately and enjoy your delicious strawberry cheesecake smoothie!
