3/4 cup granulated sugar

3/4 cup packed brown sugar

1 large egg

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 cups all-purpose flour

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

1 cup mini marshmallows

1 cup crushed graham crackers

Instructions
 

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.

      Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.

        In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add this dry mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.

          Fold in the semi-sweet chocolate chips, crushed graham crackers, and mini marshmallows until evenly distributed throughout the dough.

            Using a cookie scoop or tablespoon, drop mounds of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, about 2 inches apart.

              Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden. The centers may look a bit underbaked but will firm up as they cool.
