Ingredients
  

1 cup fresh raspberries

2 ripe peaches, pitted and sliced

1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 4-6 lemons)

1/2 cup honey or agave syrup (adjust to taste)

4 cups cold water

Ice cubes

Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Lemon slices for garnish

Instructions
 

In a blender, combine the fresh raspberries, sliced peaches, and half of the lemon juice (1/2 cup). Blend until smooth.

    Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a large pitcher to remove the seeds and pulp, pressing down to extract as much liquid as possible.

      Add the remaining lemon juice and honey/agave syrup to the pitcher, mixing well until the sweetener is fully dissolved.

        Pour in the cold water and stir gently to combine all the ingredients. Taste and adjust the sweetness if needed.

          Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld together.

            Serve over ice in glasses, garnished with fresh mint leaves and a slice of lemon on the rim.
