Instructions
In a blender, combine the pumpkin puree, frozen banana, almond milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, pumpkin pie spice, and chia seeds if using.
Blend on high until smooth and creamy, ensuring there are no lumps. Stop and scrape down the sides of the blender as needed.
Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness by adding more maple syrup if desired.
Once blended to your liking, pour the smoothie into tall glasses.
Top with a dollop of whipped cream or coconut cream if desired, and sprinkle a pinch of cinnamon powder on top for added flavor and visual appeal.
