Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, combine the sliced peaches and raspberries.
Add the granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and lemon juice to the fruit mixture. Stir gently to combine, ensuring the fruit is well coated.
Transfer the fruit mixture into a greased 9x9-inch baking dish, spreading it evenly.
In another bowl, mix rolled oats, all-purpose flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
Pour the melted butter into the dry mixture and stir until it forms a crumbly topping.
Sprinkle the oat topping evenly over the fruit in the baking dish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the fruit is bubbly.
Remove from the oven and allow it to cool for a few minutes before serving.
