flatbread or naan

peaches, sliced

burrata cheese

tablespoons
olive oil

tablespoon
balsamic glaze
to taste
fresh basil leaves, for garnish

freshly cracked black pepper
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Place the flatbread or naan on a baking sheet and brush one side with olive oil.
Bake the flatbread in the preheated oven for about 5-7 minutes or until it starts to become golden and crisp.
While the flatbread is baking, prepare the peaches: slice them into thin wedges and set aside.
Once the flatbread is ready, take it out of the oven and let it cool for a minute.
Tear open the burrata and distribute it evenly over the flatbread.
Arrange the peach slices beautifully over the burrata.
Drizzle with balsamic glaze and a little additional olive oil for extra flavor.
Season with sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper to taste.
Garnish with fresh basil leaves, scattering them across the flatbread.
Slice into pieces and serve immediately while the flatbread is warm.
