Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a shallow bowl, mix the grated Parmesan cheese, panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, salt, and pepper until well combined.
In another bowl, beat the eggs until they are well mixed.
First, dip each chicken tender in the egg mixture, making sure it’s fully coated.
Next, transfer the coated chicken tender to the Parmesan breadcrumb mixture, pressing down to ensure the crumbs adhere well. Repeat for all tenders.
Place the coated chicken tenders on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between them. Drizzle the olive oil over the tenders to help them crisp up.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the crust is golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let them rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
Notes
Serve on a platter garnished with parsley. Pair with marinara or a dipping sauce.
