Instructions
In a blender, add the orange segments and frozen banana.
Pour in the vanilla yogurt and coconut milk.
Add the honey if you want extra sweetness, along with the vanilla extract.
Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
If you prefer a thicker texture, add a handful of ice cubes and blend again until desired consistency is achieved.
Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more honey.
Pour the smoothie into tall glasses and enjoy immediately.
Notes
Garnish with a slice of orange or sprinkle some orange zest on top.
