Instructions
Cook the Noodles: Boil a pot of water and cook the noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop cooking.
Make the Sauce: In a large mixing bowl, combine the sesame oil, minced garlic, soy sauce, tahini (or peanut butter), honey (or maple syrup), and chili flakes (if using). Whisk until smooth.
Toss the Noodles: Add the drained noodles to the bowl with the sauce. Toss gently to coat the noodles evenly with the sauce.
Add Fresh Ingredients: Fold in the sliced green onions and half of the sesame seeds, mixing well.
Serve: Divide the noodles into bowls, sprinkle the remaining sesame seeds on top, and garnish with fresh cilantro.
Enjoy: Serve immediately with extra chili flakes if desired for a spicy kick.

Feel free to adjust the spice level by adding more or less chili flakes.
