In a medium bowl, whisk together honey, Sriracha, soy sauce, lime juice, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper to create the glaze.
Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour about half of the glaze over them, reserving the other half for later. Allow the salmon to marinate for at least 20 minutes.
Preheat your grill or oven to 400°F (200°C). If using a grill, lightly oil the grates to prevent sticking.
Remove the salmon from the marinade, allowing excess glaze to drip off.
Place the salmon fillets on the grill and cook for 5-6 minutes on each side until the salmon is opaque and flakes easily with a fork. If using the oven, place the salmon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 12-15 minutes.
During the last few minutes of cooking, brush the remaining glaze over the salmon for added flavor.
Once cooked, remove the salmon from the grill or oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Serve on a bed of jasmine rice or quinoa, garnished with sesame seeds and green onions.
