Ingredients
4
cups
fresh or frozen corn kernels
3
tablespoons
unsalted butter
2
tablespoons
honey
1
teaspoon
salt
0.5
teaspoon
black pepper
0.25
teaspoon
smoked paprika (optional)
2
tablespoons
chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
In a large skillet, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat.
Once the butter is completely melted and bubbling, add the corn kernels to the skillet. Stir to coat the kernels evenly.
Cook the corn for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it begins to caramelize and turn a golden color.
Drizzle the honey over the corn, then sprinkle in the salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika (if using). Stir well to combine all the flavors.
Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the honey to glaze the corn and enhance its sweetness.
Remove the skillet from the heat and garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
Serve in a rustic cast-iron skillet or bowl, and drizzle extra honey on top for visual appeal.
