Ingredients

1 pound ground chicken

1/2 cup breadcrumbs

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup finely chopped fresh parsley

3 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1 large egg, beaten

2 tablespoons milk

1/2 cup marinara sauce (for topping)

Extra Parmesan cheese for garnish

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and black pepper.

In a separate small bowl, whisk together the beaten egg and milk until well combined.

Pour the egg mixture into the chicken mixture and stir until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.

Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape them into mini meatloaf forms on the prepared baking sheet.

Spoon a generous tablespoon of marinara sauce on top of each meatloaf, spreading it evenly.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and the meatloaves are golden brown.

Remove from the oven, and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.

Before serving, sprinkle extra grated Parmesan cheese on top for a final flavorful touch.
