Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large bowl, combine the halved Brussels sprouts.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the melted butter, minced garlic, honey, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using).
Pour the garlic butter mixture over the Brussels sprouts and toss until they are well coated.
Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the sprouts are golden brown and crispy on the outside.
Remove from the oven and immediately sprinkle the Parmesan cheese over the Brussels sprouts while they are still hot, allowing it to melt slightly.
Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with fresh parsley.
Notes
Serve warm in a rustic bowl, sprinkled with additional Parmesan and parsley for a vibrant touch.
