4
cloves
garlic, minced
½
cup
grated Parmesan cheese
1
teaspoon

½
teaspoon
salt
¼
teaspoon
black pepper
to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle about ¼-inch thick.
Cut the dough into 1-inch wide strips, then tie each strip into a knot. Place the knots on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between them.
In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Stir until combined.
Brush each knot generously with the garlic butter mixture, reserving some for later.
Bake the knots in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove the knots from the oven and immediately brush them with the remaining garlic butter mixture.
Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the hot knots and let them sit for a couple of minutes.
Garnish with freshly chopped parsley for extra flavor and color.
Notes
Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
