Instructions
Start by halving the ripe avocados, removing the pit, and scooping out the flesh into a blender or food processor.
Add the cocoa powder, maple syrup, almond milk, vanilla extract, and sea salt to the avocados in the blender.
Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as necessary to ensure everything is well combined.
Taste the mousse and adjust sweetness by adding more maple syrup if desired, blending again to incorporate.
Once fully blended, transfer the mousse into serving bowls or dessert glasses.
Refrigerate the mousse for at least 30 minutes to allow it to chill and set.
