4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs

1 cup long-grain rice

2 cups chicken broth

1 medium onion, diced

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup frozen peas

1 tablespoon olive oil

2 teaspoons smoked paprika

1 teaspoon dried thyme

Prepare the Chicken: Season the chicken thighs with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika on both sides.
