Ingredients

4 lobster tails

4 tablespoons unsalted butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 cup heavy cream

1/2 teaspoon paprika

1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional for heat)

Salt and black pepper, to taste

2 tablespoons freshly chopped parsley

Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Carefully use kitchen scissors to cut the top of the lobster shells down the center, stopping just before the tail. Gently pull the lobster meat up through the slit to create a butterfly effect.

Season the lobster meat with salt and black pepper to taste. Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet, flesh side up.

In a saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat. Once melted, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant, being careful not to burn the garlic.

Pour in the heavy cream and stir well. Add the paprika and cayenne pepper (if using) then let the mixture simmer for about 3-5 minutes until it thickens slightly.

Remove the sauce from heat and mix in half of the chopped parsley. Spoon the creamy garlic sauce generously over the lobster tails.

Place the lobster tails in the preheated oven and bake for 15-18 minutes or until the lobster meat is opaque and cooked through.

Once cooked, remove from the oven and garnish with the remaining parsley. Serve immediately with lemon wedges on the side.
