Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, chopped cranberries, walnuts, diced celery, and red onion.
In a separate small bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, honey, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth and well combined.
