1

8
ounces
Brie cheese, cut into small pieces
1
cup
cranberry sauce (homemade or store-bought)
2
tablespoons
honey
1
4 cup
chopped pecans (optional)
to taste
Salt and pepper
for garnish
Fresh rosemary leaves (optional)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Open the can of crescent roll dough and unroll it on a clean surface. Separate the triangles at the perforations.
Place a small piece of Brie cheese at the wide end of each crescent triangle.
Add about a teaspoon of cranberry sauce over the Brie, then drizzle a bit of honey on top. For added crunch, sprinkle with chopped pecans if using.
Starting at the wide end, roll the crescent dough up over the filling, ensuring it is fully enclosed. Pinch the ends to seal.
Place each rolled crescent bite on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 1 inch apart.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let cool for a minute. Optionally, sprinkle a pinch of salt and freshly cracked pepper on top.
Garnish with fresh rosemary leaves for a pop of color and flavor.
