Instructions
In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
Gradually add the powdered sugar and continue to mix until well combined.
Add in the vanilla extract and sour cream; mix until the mixture is light and fluffy.
Gently fold in the diced apples, caramel sauce, and cinnamon. If using nuts, fold them in as well for added crunch.
Transfer the cheesecake dip to a serving bowl and smooth the top with a spatula.
Drizzle extra caramel sauce over the top and sprinkle with additional cinnamon or chopped nuts if desired.
Serve immediately with your choice of graham crackers, apple slices, or pretzel sticks for dipping.
