Buffalo Ranch Chicken Lasagna

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a medium bowl, mix the shredded chicken with buffalo sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
In another bowl, combine the ricotta cheese and ranch dressing, mixing until smooth.
Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
In a 9x13 inch baking dish, spread a layer of the ricotta and ranch mixture on the bottom.
Place three lasagna noodles on top of the ricotta mixture.
Add half of the buffalo chicken mixture on top of the noodles, followed by a sprinkle of green onions and a layer of mozzarella cheese.
Repeat the layering process: another layer of ricotta, three more noodles, the remaining buffalo chicken, green onions, and mozzarella cheese.
Top with the last three lasagna noodles, the remaining ricotta mixture, and sprinkle the cheddar cheese on top.
Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil (to prevent sticking, you can spray the foil with cooking spray).
Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.
Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbling and golden.
Let it cool for about 10 minutes before slicing.
Notes
Let the lasagna cool for 10 minutes before slicing for cleaner cuts.
