fresh blueberries

fresh squeezed lemon juice

honey or maple syrup

coconut water or plain water

Zest of 1 lemon
Instructions
In a blender, combine the fresh blueberries, lemon juice, honey or maple syrup, coconut water, and lemon zest. Blend until smooth.
Taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness if necessary by adding more honey or maple syrup.
Pour the blueberry lemon mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top to allow for expansion as they freeze.
Insert popsicle sticks into the molds and place them in the freezer.
Freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until completely solid.
To release the popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds, then gently pull the popsicles out.

Adjust sweetness according to your preference.
