Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats and milk. Stir until the oats are fully submerged in the liquid.
Add Greek yogurt, softened cream cheese, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. Mix until all ingredients are well combined and the mixture is creamy.
Gently fold in the fresh blueberries, ensuring they're evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
Divide the mixture into two or three jars or bowls, sealing them tightly with lids or plastic wrap.
Refrigerate the jars overnight (or for at least 4 hours) to allow the oats to soak and soften, absorbing the flavors.
In the morning, remove from the fridge, give the oats a good stir, and add more milk if a creamier consistency is desired.
Top with additional blueberries and crushed graham crackers for a cheesecake-like finish. Enjoy cold!
