3. DMCA Takedown Notification Procedure

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may send a counter-notification containing:

  3. Your name, address, phone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal courts in Oregon and accepting service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA notice.

If we receive a valid counter-notification, we may restore the material unless the complainant files a court action within 10 business days.


5. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA, we will terminate user accounts or ban IP addresses of repeat infringers when appropriate.


6. Respect for Third-Party Rights
